Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, checks, CareCredit, as well as most insurances. If you choose to pay with cash, please come prepared with the exact amount due to our office not carrying cash on a day to day basis. When we call to confirm your appointment, we will give you your estimated upfront expense based on possible treatment and insurance benefits. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. While we will file your dental insurance claims for you, we only provide an estimate of your benefits. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Anything your insurance does not cover, you will be held responsible for and will need to take care of within 30 business days.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will be happy to file dental insurance for you, however if medical insurance is involved due to a traumatic incidence you will be responsible for the full amount up front. We will give you the documents necessary to file your medical insurance if needed and be happy to help you with any questions. If your medical insurance does pay the claim, they will be able to provide reimbursement for the services rendered to you.
